Must have skills : Axway API Management Platform Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple teams to drive solution evolution and address operational challenges is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to define and enforce best practices and standards for platform usage and development. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. - Continuously monitor platform performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway API Management Platform. - Experience with API lifecycle management including design, deployment, and monitoring. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues effectively. - Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS deployment models. - Knowledge of security best practices related to API management and data protection.
