Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills : Veeva Vault CRM Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Veeva CRM/Vault CRM Consultant, a typical day involves handling Veeva CRM/Vault CRM configuration tasks, supporting change requests, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and resolving technical issues. The role focuses on Veeva data models, configuration, user setup, Alignment, security, custom development, and support/AMS activities. The position also requires leading and guiding the team, managing client and stakeholder communication, and providing automation and innovation ideas. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle Veeva CRM/Vault CRM configuration tasks. Support implementation of Veeva change requests including requirement analysis, design, solutioning, effort estimation, and bug fixes. Perform usersetup, Alignment, and security-related activities on Veeva. Write custom code including triggers, workflows, and classes. Work on support/AMS activities using Servicenow. Drive status meetings/calls with client & teams. Lead and guide the team to provide resolutions on technical tasks, efforts, documentation etc. Provide value added benefits to client by providing automation/innovation ideas. Support integration-related activities using ETL tools/python scripting/C#/ Azure technologies/areas. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Experience in handling Veeva CRM/Vault CRM configuration tasks. Good understanding on Veeva data model and how the data is linked with different objects & stored. Good understanding in implementation of Veeva change requests - requirement analysis, design, solutioning, effort estimation, bug fixes etc. Experience in writing custom code - triggers, workflows, classes - good to have Java SDK knowledge. Hands-on experience in usersetup, Alignment and good understanding on security model on Veeva. Experience in working on project management tools like - JIRA and good understanding on support/AMS activities in Servicenow. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. Good to have – integration knowledge using ETL tools/python scripting/C#/ Azure technologies/areas.
