Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management Good to have skills : ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow Now Assist Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. You will work to understand client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical technology and business solutions. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business needs. You will ensure that the solutions implemented effectively support the client s objectives and contribute to seamless integration across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet business goals. - Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow Now Assist. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments. - Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that align with business processes. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization within ServiceNow platforms.
