This role requires continuous monitoring of various business aspects to identify areas needing improvement and implementing corrective measures. The position demands collaboration across departments to ensure the financial well-being of the organization, supporting decision-making processes that influence profitability and long-term sustainability. The role is dynamic, involving both analytical and strategic thinking to maintain and enhance the company s financial health. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. - Facilitate communication between finance and other departments to align goals and strategies. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning. - Ability to develop financial models that assist in strategic decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to present financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with financial software and tools to streamline analysis and reporting.
