This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory. The position demands a proactive approach to driving change, collaborating across teams, and continuously evolving delivery methods to meet emerging business challenges and opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their application in business processes. - Experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements to design effective onboarding solutions. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for diverse stakeholders. - Skilled in managing end-to-end implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
