Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Must have skills : B2B/B2C Sales Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Enterprise Sales Lead will lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships with Corporates to generate B2B sales. The role owns end-to-end enterprise sales strategy, high-value corporate partnerships, employer engagement, and sales team leadership. Roles & Responsibilities: Grow the Enterprise sales business in India Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Enterprise learning to drive revenue growth across target industries and enterprise accounts. Drive revenue growth by focusing on acquiring new clients and key account growth through targeted outreach, industry events, networking channels, and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with market needs, improve positioning, and generate enterprise leads. Build and manage strategic relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, procurement leaders, business unit heads, and key corporate decision-makers. Build and lead a strong KPI-driven Enterprise sales and career services team. Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and corporate events to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
