Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition. This role requires careful planning and leadership to ensure that all activities align seamlessly with the business objectives. The day includes analyzing existing processes, designing or redesigning workflows, and defining organizational structures to support the function s goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with business needs and driving continuous improvement efforts are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring the business function operates efficiently from start to finish. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth implementation of business function initiatives. - Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Support junior team members by offering mentorship and facilitating knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong understanding of cloud-based service models and their application in business environments. - Experience in managing and optimizing platform services to support business functions. - Ability to analyze and improve business processes through technology integration. - Skilled in coordinating with diverse teams to implement platform solutions effectively. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving platform-related challenges to maintain service continuity.
