Your typical day will involve acting as a software detective, utilizing your expertise in Account Delivery Management to provide a dynamic service to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, utilizing your expertise in Account Delivery Management to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilizing your expertise in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures, utilizing your experience in Application/Cloud Support to drive continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Account Delivery Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Account Management. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Experience in Application/Cloud Support, with a solid understanding of best practices and standard operating procedures.
