This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering innovation within the enterprise architecture framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture strategies with business needs. - Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation related to enterprise architecture standards and guidelines. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong knowledge of designing and managing scalable network solutions. - Experience with network security principles and best practices. - Ability to analyze complex network environments and propose effective architecture improvements. - Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and integration with on-premises infrastructure. - Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance to meet organizational requirements.
