This includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role requires ensuring that development standards are maintained, and that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to support successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to enhance system scalability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing custom software solutions within SAP environments. - Experience in setting and maintaining coding standards and best practices for software development. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective, scalable solutions. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA platforms. - Skilled in leading technical teams and managing software delivery processes.
