This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system support efficiency. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to complex software environments. - Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of issues. - Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with software lifecycle and support methodologies.
