The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and follows agile methodologies to build scalable and efficient solutions. Collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous enhancement of software products are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the delivered solutions align with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software performance and maintainability. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Communication Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Commercial Aerospace. - Strong understanding of cloud-based communication platforms and their integration within enterprise applications. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable communication solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
