Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Experience with identity and access management concepts and lifecycle management. - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application deployment. - Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
