You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that these applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering seamless business operations through technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Support the development and deployment of custom software solutions that meet evolving business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues related to plant maintenance processes. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise systems. - Competence in maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with software development standards.
