Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and efficient problem-solving. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
