You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle, emphasizing automation to ensure precise control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing phases. This role requires a proactive approach to managing testing activities, collaborating with various teams to deliver reliable and efficient testing outcomes that support overall project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Requirements Analysis Continuous Learning Test Engineering Defects Analysis Strategic Thinking Data Analytics Change and Transformation Digital and Technology Teamwork Test Automation Communication Business Acumen Problem Solving Tools Risk and Controls - Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. - Ability to analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks. - Familiarity with integrating automation tools within continuous integration and delivery pipelines. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.
