This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications and supporting business continuity. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration to maintain system integrity and performance in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments. - Strong knowledge of database management and operating system fundamentals related to SAP systems. - Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes effectively. - Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. - Skilled in analyzing system logs and diagnosing complex technical issues to provide timely resolutions.
