This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain seamless progress and address challenges is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business needs. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based contact center solutions. - Strong understanding of telephony systems and integration with customer relationship management platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex software environments. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
