Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance software development processes. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower. - Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using IBM WebSphere DataPower appliances. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of DataPower configurations and services. - Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and related transformation technologies used within DataPower environments. - Experience in developing secure and scalable web services and APIs leveraging DataPower capabilities. - Knowledge of network protocols and security standards relevant to DataPower implementations.
