This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with the team to drive the project forward while maintaining clear communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions. - Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support application deployment and maintenance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong understanding of automation workflows and process optimization techniques. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable robotic process automation solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to automation scripts and software configurations. - Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation tools with other enterprise applications. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
