Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional objectives. The day also includes monitoring key performance indicators related to testing activities, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects to uphold product quality and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals. - Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches within the quality engineering team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA. - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and software testing methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Ability to define and track key quality metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness. - Familiarity with defect management and resolution processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
