This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud migration strategies. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cloud infrastructure and migration processes. - Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within cloud migration projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures. - Experience with cloud service providers and migration tools. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud solutions. - Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline migration tasks. - Knowledge of data security and compliance considerations in cloud environments.
