This role requires building and managing data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also involves implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently across various systems, enabling seamless data migration and deployment. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and troubleshoot data-related challenges is an integral part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures that meet organizational needs. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Strong expertise in designing and optimizing data pipelines for efficient data processing. - Experience with data integration and transformation processes to support data migration. - Ability to ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and monitoring techniques. - Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts to support large-scale data environments. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues to maintain system reliability.
