The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the software is scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business objectives. Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer refines and enhances existing functionalities to meet specific organizational needs while maintaining high performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. - Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve system capabilities and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and business rules within Oracle Siebel. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Siebel with other enterprise systems. - Competence in performance tuning and optimization of Siebel applications.
