The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation. - Experience in designing and developing automated workflows and process integrations using SAP Build Process Automation. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes. - Familiarity with scripting and programming languages relevant to SAP automation tools. - Capability to optimize and enhance existing automation solutions for improved performance and scalability.
