The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operations. The engineer works with various tools and platforms to align solutions with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address operational challenges and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. - Stay updated with the latest trends and updates related to packaged and SaaS applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows. - Experience with APIs and integration techniques to connect various systems. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities. - Ability to manage software releases and perform impact analysis. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application performance issues.
