Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - Experience with automation tools and techniques relevant to manufacturing engineering. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly. - Knowledge of system integration and testing methodologies to ensure software quality.
