Supporting application issues, working with business in data analysis and coordination with the vendor will be core responsibilities. You will also participate in calls with user for system improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, ensuring that the applications you support align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Point of contact responsible for various financial applications - custom built or COTS - Collaborate with other IT teams for troubleshooting issues - Communicate with stakeholders - Engage with multiple internal teams for status update - Open to learning new skills - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
