The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of software components to meet evolving requirements and performance standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible. - Knowledge of cloud service models and deployment strategies within Microsoft Azure environments. - Ability to design and implement scalable automation workflows to support continuous integration and delivery. - Familiarity with scripting languages and version control systems to enhance automation processes. - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize automated deployments and configurations.
