Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with broader organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG framework. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and consistency.
