This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to the daily activities, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive in delivering innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Industry X Robotics. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to robotics applications. - Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to coding standards. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable, maintainable solutions. - Familiarity with integration of robotics systems and software platforms.
