Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning and execution to align project goals with organizational objectives. - Facilitate collaboration and communication among diverse teams to enhance project efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong skills in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Experience in resource allocation and budget management. - Ability to develop and maintain detailed project documentation. - Competence in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution. - Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and performance.
