Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with junior professionals to support their integration and contribution to project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage. - Strong experience in data integration and ETL processes using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. - Ability to design and optimize data workflows to ensure efficient data processing and transformation. - Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles to maintain high standards in data handling. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data integration issues across multiple systems. - Capability to work with relational databases and understand data modeling concepts relevant to ETL development.
