This role requires dynamic problem-solving to identify root causes and implement effective solutions, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of multiple interconnected components. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and stability, often requiring collaboration with different teams to maintain seamless service delivery and minimize disruptions to business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system reliability and operational efficiency through innovative approaches. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate incident response activities to ensure timely resolution and communication. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends and implementing preventive measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis techniques. - Experience with automation tools and scripting to enhance operational workflows. - Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems to support high availability. - Skilled in performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize system resources.
