This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to coordinating efforts across teams to support a unified and efficient data platform environment, fostering innovation and alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to enhance overall performance. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data platform initiatives with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong understanding of data platform architecture and design principles. - Experience working with integration frameworks and data modeling techniques. - Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and technical teams to deliver cohesive solutions. - Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance processes. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data platform issues.
