Quality Engineer

Project Role : Quality Engineer Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Good to have skills : Spring Boot Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, your day involves enabling comprehensive full stack solutions by collaborating with diverse teams to plan and integrate various ecosystem components. You focus on accelerating delivery timelines while ensuring high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include performing continuous testing activities that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing processes to support seamless project execution and product excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to design and implement testing frameworks that enhance automation and efficiency. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot. - Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts for various application layers. - In-depth understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with security testing methodologies and API testing tools. - Ability to analyze defects and provide actionable insights to development teams. - Experience in configuring and managing test environments and data setups.
