Must have skills : SAP BTP Integration Suite Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications, making recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Experience with low-code development platforms and APIs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.
