This includes supervising the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with other systems, and managing software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring that all developments align with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution enhancements and address operational challenges is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to document and communicate best practices and standards for platform usage. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization techniques. - Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. - Ability to oversee software release cycles ensuring quality and timely delivery. - Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within ServiceNow environments. - Capability to establish and enforce platform standards that align with business and vendor requirements.
