Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support. - Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise systems. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly. - Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management practices. - Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
