Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards delivering timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with mobile device management solutions. - Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud services and their integration with business applications. - Experience in user support and training for software applications.
