The position demands proactive engagement in shaping project outcomes, fostering trusted advisor relationships, and continuously enhancing the reputation of the organization through expert guidance and strategic insight. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices and emerging technologies into project delivery. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management. - Strong knowledge of time management processes within SAP SuccessFactors and their application in business environments. - Experience in analyzing and designing technology solutions that align with client requirements and industry standards. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Capability to adapt to evolving technologies and integrate innovative solutions into existing frameworks.
