Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical strategies. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. - Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business objectives. - Familiarity with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences. - Ability to work with large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the analysis process. - Skilled in using various data manipulation and processing tools to optimize application performance.
