This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications are tailored effectively, supporting seamless business operations and enhancing overall efficiency. The workday is dynamic, involving problem-solving, continuous improvement, and adapting to evolving project demands to deliver high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Experience in designing and developing integrations and custom applications using Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of application configuration and business process workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within application environments. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development.
