This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position focuses on aligning software solutions with strategic business goals, emphasizing scalability and optimal performance. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role demands continuous oversight of project progress and fostering an environment that supports innovation and quality delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Commerce Cloud. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software solutions. - Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions. - Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and integration strategies. - Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.
