Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic. - Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
