The role includes coding and refining various components within systems or applications, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, all while following agile methodologies to deliver efficient and effective software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Java and Spring Boot framework. - In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. - Familiarity with database integration and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed environments.
