This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom software components. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Promote best practices in software development and encourage knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization. - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience in developing scalable and high-performance custom software solutions. - Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
