Must have skills : Microsoft SQL Server Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server. - Experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance. - Familiarity with database backup, recovery, and security management. - Ability to work with APIs and integrate data across multiple platforms. - Understanding of data modeling and relational database design principles.
