Must have skills : SAP Enterprise Architecture Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system environment. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and adapt applications to changing needs is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Architecture. - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments. - Experience working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to develop and maintain solutions. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability and compatibility. - Familiarity with release management processes and version control in enterprise application settings.
