Manage end-to-end Loan Setup & Covenant Setup and Covenent QC processes ensuring high-quality daily deliveries that meet or exceed agreed SLAs. • Maintain strong client focus, ensuring timely delivery, and strict adherence to SOPs. • Take full ownership on the deliverables and quality • Act as a key liaison between the client and the offshore team to ensure all SLAs are consistently achieved. • Leverage solid knowledge of CRE/Commercial Lending and Credit Services to effectively manage daily/weekly client interactions and calls. What are we looking for?
